The sun was barely over the horizon as I left on my walk. The sun was directly down Willshire to the East (of course). I could have seen downtown from here except for the curvature of the earth.
But back to the Riverside Airshow... Although destructive in nature the picture of the warplane represents the destruction inherent in warfare. The other photo represents the beauty of an aerobatic display. At the top of the smoke trail is a very highly modified Taylorcraft. You are looking at the tops of the wings. Smoke trails in the sky. Sounds like the title of a country song.
Watching people watching an airshow leads one to conclude that we're all at this airshow together.
