Now that have the iPod back I can take it on my daily walks. Today I walked in perfect time to Kris Kristoffeson's "Sunday Morning Comin' Down", and "The Pilgrim Chapter 33" from whence cometh the words "He's a walking contradiction, partly truth and partly fiction" talking about Ramblin Jack.
Today was the best walk yet.
I'm off to meditate
