Each day I try to walk about 25 yards further than the day before. I chose not to walk yesterday because of the sprinkles. I was afraid to get wet!
Other than that, I fix my own meals and live life day to day.
Deb calls each day to make certain I'm still moving. Home Security agent Laura stops by once day so I'm well looked after.

How about one hand for the cane and one hand for the umberella!
I have some nifty umbrella hats that you can wear if you don't want to get your hair wet. Just send me your address, and I'll send you one, two, or even more if you like.
Tomorrows "sprinkles" in Albany will be the solid variety, mainly ice. I can hardly wait. NOT!
Have your Docs talked with you about the Neupro patch for Parkinsons? It was approved last year by the FDA. Some folks like it, some folks say it hasn't made much difference...but perhaps it has slowed the disease itself down a little, and there is something to be said for that.
Glad to read that the recovery continues.
