Well, it's 6:30 am on Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving to one and all. This year I've got more than usual for which to be thankful.
I've had my cup of coffee. After this note I'll meditate for 20 minutes then go for my walk. Back at 8.
Deb and Rick are coming down later this morning and will take me to brother Bob's house for turkey day festivities.
I'm off for my meditation.
