First a correction: I had previously stated that black squirrels are found only on the Stanford campus. Thanks to Dennis' wife who presented him with a birthday iPhone on which we found that they are common in the Midwest. Oh well, another myth gone..
For the last three Sunday morning walks, the LA Times delivery guy has gone out of his way to present me with the Times. Gratis. Thanks to him.
Another nexus with the number three is the observation that for the last three mornings there has been a crow screaming at me as though I were attacking his nest. No way! But the sudden appearance of the crow is an ominous sign in the Native American culture.
The constancy of numbers shows me that we're all on this flight together.
