On the right is a photo of the aerobatic Pitts bi-plane getting ready for take off. Taken last week end at the Riverside Airshow, note the wing walker to resist the high crosswind. The Pitts planes were the finest aerobatic plane available until the specially built high tech planes built today. The Pitts still holds its own in its class. This one sports a classy black and yellow decor. Tres macho. And he put on a beautiful show. He really can fly that puppy.Well, the coffee is made, the cats are fed and the litter boxes clean. I'm meditated, medicated and bifurcated. I've elected not to walk today due to rain or the imminent possibility thereof.
Brother Bob chose not to visit today due to illness. Caution is always best in this dangerous world we live in. I think I had a touch of what he's got but it only lasted two days. Now it's all gone though I'll not tempt fate in this weather.
Aeroplanes flying in the rain are proof that we're all on this flight together.
footnote: Willie Nelson wrote a song titled "Blue Eyes Crying In the Rain" which I just realized would be complementary to 'Aeroplanes flying in the rain'.
Or not.
