It's cold out there.

Brrrr. It's cold out there. When I left on my walk this morning the temperature was 42 degrees, That's cold in Fullerton. But the sun was just over the horizon when I left. As I returned at the end of the walk the temperature felt like it was in the 60's. The sun was well up. Today should turn out to be a perfect day.
Budda continues to choose to wake me up ten minutes early every day. He just climbs up on top of me and 'talks' to me until I throw him off or get up. How can I reset his internal clock to coincide with mine? Neither Quantum Mechanics nor String Theory seem to offer any definitive solutions.
The worms in my vermiculture box are thriving on their diet of coffee grounds and a few veggies now and then. I throw them a little dried grass clippings now and then and they grow healthy and happy.
Vermiculture proves that we're all on this flight together.
